Classes taught by Karla will be offered in Tagalog and English, and depending on capacity, we may be able to offer Tagalog interpretation for other classes. Please refer to our Instagram @bayanihanoregon to see which classes those are.

What can I expect?

Yoga is a holistic practice that harmonizes the body, breath, and mind. Rooted in ancient traditions, it offers us the opportunity to connect with practices borrowed from other cultures, which we are fortunate to enjoy in today’s modern world. Through a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, this class promotes overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, you are welcome to join and practice at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment. No previous exposure to yoga is required.

Ang yoga ay isang praktis na nagdadala ng balanse sa katawan, paghinga, at isipan. Ito'y nagmula sa mga sinaunang tradisyon at nagbibigay sa atin ng pagkakataong matutunan at masiyahan sa mga praktis mula sa ibang kultura sa makabagong panahon. Sa pamamagitan ng mga simpleng galaw, pagsasanay sa paghinga, at meditasyon, makakatulong ang klaseng ito sa pagpapabuti ng kalusugan at kaginhawahan. Kahit baguhan ka o may karanasan na, malugod kang inaanyayahang sumali at magpraktis ayon sa iyong sariling bilis sa isang ligtas at suportadong kapaligiran. Walang kinakailangang dating kaalaman sa yoga.
